Installation instructions copy the folder named "texture.Let Freedom Ring" into your FA-18 folder in simobjects/airplanes/FA-18, then copy the text below to your Aircraft.cfg for the FA-18 below the last fltsim texture you have, then number it the next one in sequence then save it and you are set to use the texture.
